Become A Pod Leader

This presentation will help prepare your up and coming staff for a leadership role in the gym.

We use a Pod Leader to begin training our Floor Supervisors, by helping to monitor 2-3 other groups.  This can be helpful out on the floor or during camps.  This course will help them learn leadership, problem-solving and awareness.
